Or, "Handsy" for short :) I'm so glad you asked! Let's explore the 'what, who when, where, why & how' of our Hands-On Home Staging Consultation.
In contrast to our Standard Home Staging Consultation, which you can learn more about here, our Hands-On Consultation is exactly what it says - it's a hands-on approach to preparing your home for the market.

WHAT
Instead of your home stager giving you a homework list of what to do, they will actually help you prepare your home for the market. This can include moving furniture, re-hanging artwork or mirrors, and re-accessorizing your home using your own furnishings. Many people are surprised to learn that they have plenty to use when staging their home. We have gotten VERY creative over the years & have come up with countless solutions that not only save our clients time and money, but incraese appeal as well.
We are the experts at using what you have to make the best first impression

WHO
Other than the obvious, any homeowner who wants to make the ultimate first impression and profit top dollar... Any other occupied homeowner that:
Wants to make big changes in a few short hours
Has a home that is 4k sq ft or less - we DO work in larger homes, however we recommend scheduling a Standard Consultation first, so we can forumlate a plan and make the best use of our staging day
Has issues with mobility or lifting
Is out of town & needs to list their home quickly (we do require that 1 able-bodied person be present to assist the stager; realtor, asst, friend/family). We also require consent via our digital online waiver
Needs help putting the finishing touches on their home prior to photos
Realtors who want to go the extra mile for their clients by offering top-of-the-line service

WHEN
Ideally 1 week or less prior to your MLS photos. I wouldn't recommend doing photos on the same day as the Hands-On Consultation
WHERE
Any occupied homeowner living within our in-person service area: Austin-metro, Buda, Kyle, Lakeway, Manor, & Georgetown
Folks outside of our in-person service area might benfit from a Virtual Home Staging Consultation
WHY
Simply put, you only get ONE chance to make a first impression - so better make it count. Your MLS photos online are *KEY*
Subpar photos = less traffic online = less showings = no offers/lowball offers = more time on market = more $ spent paying mortgage/utilities/etc
We want potential buyers to fall in love with your home and make a great offer. Choosing not to stage your home is expensive. Whether you hire a home stager to help give you feedback, or to do the work for you, it's important to seek professional guidance to ensure you are making the absolute BEST first impression... because how many chances to you get to make a first impression? #brokenrecord
